Is there two sources in Islaam: Qur'an and Sunnah that we should follow or ONE consistent source: AL QUR’AAN?

Since the coming of the man made guesswork called Hadith and Sunnah, the Best Hadith, the Quran is been made mahjoor over the centuries. Mahjoor means of no account/to bind a cow horn to leg to immobilize it/to desert it.

And this truly happened to the Quran as foretold in verse Surah 25:30.

Allah says,

وَقَالَ الرَّسُولُ يَا رَبِّ إِنَّ قَوْمِي اتَّخَذُوا هَذَا الْقُرْآنَ مَهْجُورًا

"The Messenger said, “My Lord, my people have deserted this Qur’aan.”

The meanings of the Quran were distorted and by thus immobilized and made of no account so people would desert it's true message.

The Quran has been made to a religious book, used for personal salvation, rituals, personal wisdom and moral only. The Quran is much more then only this shallow layer, as it contains laws for the whole world to follow, believer or no believer, Muslim or Christian.

It goes beyond personal guidance and even Muslim guidance.

Its real goal is to free all of mankind from man's dictatorship on each other. When the Quran is implented as the constitution of the world, God will rule mankind and leads it through the Quran.

Yet, disbelievers in Allah has made Hadith and Sunnah equal or similar to the Qur'an. Allah challenges them to produce Hadith like the Qur'an.

Allah says,

"Let them then produce a "hadith" like this (Quran), if indeed they speak the truth". (Sura 52:34).

Allah challenges them to even produce one Surah (Chapter) in Surah Al-Baqara the unbelievers are pointed out to the total revelation sent to Muhammad and they are challenged to bring a Surah similar to all that has been sent down to him:

"And if ye are in doubt concerning that which We reveal unto Our slave (Muhammad), then bring a Surah similar to it, and call your witnesses beside Allah if ye are truthful." (Surah 2:23)

In the above verse the challenge is for "that which We reveal unto Our slave", and against it, a "Surah" is called to duplicate.

All those of sane mind know that it is only the Qur’an which is composed ofSurahs, and the books which various sects called Hadith (Hadith Qudsi) and Sunnah they term as revelation of Allah besides Qur’an, are not composed ofSurahs.

Had Allah sent some revelation apart from Qur’an, then such revelation would also have been included in the challenge to produce something like it, but the words van "then bring a Surah similar to it" clearly establish that Allah has revealed only the Surahs of Al- Qur’an which were sent down to Muhammad and which are called to duplicate against "that which We reveal unto Our slave".

The Sunni sect believe that the Prophet Muhammad has been given not one Divine revelation but two:

The Prophet Muhammad is reported to allegedly have said,

"I have been given the Qur’an and besides it, something similar to it. (Abu Da`ud, Kitab al-Sunnah, Ch 6)

The Sunni sect say the Sunnah  "Sunnat Rasool", is binding on us as much as the Qur’an itself.

They the Sunnis say,

"Allah the Almighty appointed for us the Messenger for this very purpose so that the Qur’an does not remain ambiguous, but is revealed to mankind in a perfectly tangible and ideal form -- and by actually acting upon the word of the Book, the Messenger did just that.  We can see, therefore, that the relation between the Qur’an and Sunnah  "Sunnat Rasool" is that of the soul and the body. In other words, the soul or the spirit of the Qur’an  is given, in the Sunnah "Sunnat Rasool" of the Prophet, a form for its display. Both go together to complete the splendid edifice of Islam. Take away any one of them, and the whole structure falls apart."

But where is this MYSTERY "Sunnat Rasool?" I have read the Quran and in the Qur'an we find:

1) "Sunnat Illahi" but not
2) "Sunnat Rasool", or
3) "Sunnat-e-of any Prophet" but we do find
4) "Millat-e-Ibrahimi"

The Muslims who follow follows this <span>"MYSTERY" Hadith and Sunnah</span> wants us to just believe its in Qur'an in Surahs/ayats that are used out of context.

Don't the Christians say the same thing when they say Jesus is God or that the Trinity exist in the Bible.

When asked to prove that Jesus is God the Christians will say:

“I and the Father are one” (John 10:30).

"I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am." John 8:58

John 1:1 says that “the Word was God.”

John 1:14 says that “And the Word was made flesh

"I and my Father are one." John 10:30

"The Jews answered him [Jesus], saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God." John 10:33

When many were about to stone Jesus for blasphemy (John 10:30-39), He said to them that said he blasphemed
"because I said, I am the Son of God?" John10:36

"You call Me Teacher and Lord; and ye say well; for so I Am." John 13:13

"he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?"John 14:9

"Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father in me?  The words that I say to you I do not speak on my own authority; but the Father who dwells in me does his works."  John 14:10

"And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was." John 17:5

"And Thomas answered and said unto him [Jesus], My Lord and my God." John 20:28

"...lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them." 2 Corinthians 4:4

Now ask yourself seriously after reading all of these ridiculous verses from the Bible did Jesus ever say I'm God, absolutely, not. What about the Trinity, are there verses supporting the Trinity in the Bible according to Christians yes and they say:

"The Trinity is one God existing in three Persons. Understand that this is not in any way suggesting three Gods. Keep in mind when studying this subject that the word “Trinity” is not found in Scripture. This is a term that is used to attempt to describe the triune God—three coexistent, co-eternal Persons who make up God. Of real importance is that the concept represented by the word “Trinity” does exist in Scripture."

The following is what God’s Word says about the Trinity:

Genesis 1:26 "Let US make man in OUR image": Three plural pronouns, (We, Us, Our) used 6 different times in four different passages: Gen 1:26; 3:22; 11:7; Isa 6:8. The unanimous opinion of the apostolic Fathers was that the Father was talking to Jesus.

2 Corinthians 13:14 Philippians 2:1-2 "The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with you all."

Not to turn this into anything Christian based just using some same logic that we apply to Christians to prove their case. Where is the Bayyinaat (Clear Evidence) of Jesus saying he's God, or the Trinity?

In Surah 17:36 Allah says, "And pursue not that of which thou hast no knowledge; for every act of hearing, or of seeing or of (feeling in) the heart will be enquired into (on the Day of Reckoning)."

We want 'Objective proof' and not 'Subjective proof'. When I say“objective proof”, I’m talking about proof that anyone can provide and does not depend on any single person’s point of view. It's clear. It's consistent.

If I say “The sun rises in the east”, it doesn’t matter what I believe about where the sun rises or how the sun rises: the sun will rise in the east. Every day. That’s objective proof. That's Bayyinaat (Clear Evidence) because every one will know that the sun rises.

If I say “subjective proof”, I mean “proof” that is based on what the person offering the proof believes. The classic “subjective proof” statement is“beauty is in the eye of the beholder.” I may say something/someone is beautiful and you may think that something/someone is ugly beyond description.  “One man’s trash is another man’s treasure” is another example of “subjective proof”. It's what you see because many will see different things.

We are asking for Bayyinaat (Proof/Evidence/Facts) from the start not anything subjective but objective.

In Islaam iman (faith) is not blind faith, iman is an intelligent faith; In Islaam iman (faith) is something that is proven beyond doubt, something that is based on truth, facts. One of the strongest messages of the Qur’aan is where Allah advocates for us to seek knowledge, investigate information. Knowledge equals Power, which can free the mind from mental enslavement and at the same time it poses the biggest threat to those who seek to mentally & psychologically control others by concealing what they know is truth.

Allah in the Holy Qur’aan has given us Muslims the GREEN light to DEBATE:

Surah  16:125 Allah says,  "You shall invite to the path of your Sustainer with wisdom and kind enlightenment, and DEBATE with them in the best possible manner. Your Lord knows best who has strayed from His path, and He knows best who are the guided ones."

Surah 39:18 Allah says, "They are the ones who examine all words, then follow the best. These are the ones whom Allah has guided; these are the ones who possess intelligence."

In Surah 39:23 Allah says, "Allah has revealed (from time to time) the most Best Hadith in the form of a Book, consistent with itself, (yet) repeating (its teaching in various aspects): the skins of those who fear their Lord tremble thereat; then their skins and their hearts do soften to the celebration of Allah's praises. Such is the guidance of Allah. He guides therewith whom He pleases, but such as Allah leaves to stray, can have none to guide."

Allah in this verse which again was revealed to Muhammad says that this Qur’aan is THE BEST HADITH, it's clear as day and there should be no confusion as to which hadith we are to follow.

Allah could have said the best hadith (Qur’aan) and Sunnah written by Bukhari and the boys in that verse, but He (Allah) didn’t do that, Alhamdulillah! It does not take a rocket scientist to know that we are supposed to follow the Qur’aan again which is THE BEST HADITH.

Allah clearly used the Arabic word “hadith” inside the Qur’aan to tell us that the Qur’aan is the best hadith and that we are not to believe in any hadith that came into existence after the revelation of the Qur’aan.

So it's not Muslims who follow Qur'an alone who are not stuck on the word“hadith”, these are books that exist and we are debating whether or not they should be used in Islaam, so of course I will use the word hadith and CHALLENGEanybody from their sect to produce proof inside the Qur’aan for evidence that we are suppose to believe in and use hadith and so far no body has been able to produce the evidence.

The Sunni sect have made the same attempt like many times and quoted in the Qur’aan where it says to “obey the Messenger” which does not prove hadith and I also already exposed the weakness of that argument in so many discussions and debates. But those are tactics that are used by people who wants to believe in something of a MYSTERY but do not have evidence for it in the Holy Book (Al Qur’aan).

When the Qur'an tells us to "Obey the Messenger" I often wonder why don’t they obey the Messenger and follow Qur’aan ALONE as taught by him in Qur’aan 17:46 & Qur’aan 69:43-47, directly revealed by Allah????

Why don’t they reject the man-made Sunnah falsely called hadith, written byBUKHARI, TIRMIDHI, MUSLIM, just to name a few, as taught by Muhammad through the revelation of the Qur’aan by Allah in (45:6; 31:6; 77:50; 7:185).

It is very important to understand that Muslims who follow Qur'an alone are the ones who actually obeys the Messenger. We obey the Messenger without shirk because who are we really obeying? We are really obeying Allah who is The Source of the Qur’aan and who is The Source of sending Muhammad into this world.

What is a fallacy?

Fallacy: /ˈfæləsi/ Show Spelled[fal-uh-see]

–noun, plural -cies.

1 .a deceptive, misleading, or false notion, belief, etc.: That the world is flat was at one time a popular fallacy.
2. a misleading or unsound argument.
3. deceptive, misleading, or false nature; erroneousness.
4. Logic . any of various types of erroneous reasoning that render arguments logically unsound.
5.  Obsolete . deception.

This Sunni fallacy is no different from the Christians argument when it comes to proving if Jesus is God in the Bible or the Trinity is in the Bible.

The Sunni fallacy “Obey The Messenger” is a very weak argument because no where does it imply following a bunch of hadith books or a Sunnah  written by BUKHARI, TIRMIDHI, MUSLIM, just to name a few.

When they try to say that ahadith are the sunnah of Muhammad is told to us in the Qur'an it's a MYSTERY and that does not make it so…This is why I am glad we are challenging them to produce the evidence and any body who believe that sectarian notion to prove it right inside the Qur’aan and this is what is not happening from members of their sect.

They can't intellectually fight with the words of Allah by using the Qur'aan and they would rather seek to those measures?
The Hadithist should try to study both sides of the matter before being swept away by superficial emotions.

When the Hadithist argue that the Hadith and Sunnah are in the Qur'an they sound like Christians who argue Jesus is God and Trinity is in the Bible but its all aMYSTERY from the Muslims who follow Hadith and Sunnah and the Christians who follow the belief that Jesus is God and the Trinity.

When Muslims say why we should follow Hadith and Sunnah outside of the Qur'an they say:

This is their fallacy of Bayyinaat (Clear Evidence) and proof of the importance of the Sunnah from the Qur'an itself:
  1. Allah says (interpretation of the meaning):

“He who obeys the Messenger has indeed obeyed Allah...” [4:80] Allah described obedience to the Prophet (peace be upon him) as being a part of obedience to Him. Then He made a connection between obedience to Him and obedience to the Prophet (peace be upon him): “O you who believe! Obey Allah and obey the Messenger...” [4:59]

  2. Allah warns us not to go against the Prophet (peace be upon him), and states that whoever disobeys him will be doomed to eternal Hell. Allah says (interpretation of the meaning):

“...And let those who oppose the Messenger’s commandment beware, lest some fitnah (trial, affliction, etc.) befall them or a painful torment be inflicted on them.” [24:63]

  3. Allah has made obedience to His Prophet a religious duty; resisting or opposing it is a sign of hypocrisy:

”But no, by your Lord, they can have no Faith, until they make you [Muhammad] judge in all disputes between them, and find in themselves no resistance against your decisions, and accept (them) with full submission.” [4:65]

  4. Allah commands His slaves to respond to Him and His Messenger:

“O you who believe! Answer Allah (by obeying Him) and (His) Messenger when he calls you to that which will give you life...” [8:24]

  5. Allah also commands His slaves to refer all disputes to him:

“... (And) if you differ in anything amongst yourselves, refer it to Allah and His Messenger...” [4:59]

  6. Allah also calls all people who accept Allah but refute the Messenger as 'Real Kafirs':

“Verily, those who deny Allâh and His Messengers and (those who) wish to separate Allah from His Messengers (by believing in Allâh and disbelieving in His Messengers), saying: "We believe in some but reject others": and (those who) wish to adopt a way in between. They are in truth (equally) Unbelievers; and We have prepared for Unbelievers a humiliating Punishment. To those who believe in Allah and His Messengers and make no distinction between any of the Messengers, We shall soon give their (due) rewards: for Allah is Oft-Forgiving Most Merciful.” [4:150-153]
This is what they also say:

"In a nutsell: Islam = Qur'an + Sunnah only. You will see that all groups who deviated from Islam are violating this rule. Shi'a replace the Sunnah with their Imams and some fabricated narrations. Extremist Sufis replace the Qur'an and the Sunnah with their Shaikhs (leaders). The Submitters reject the Sunnah from the equation and claim to follow the Qur'an only. All of those who reject the Sunnah are NOT Muslims."

Unfortunately, they have been brainwashed to interpret those verses like that without question.

If those expressions really means for us to follow books written by Bukhari and the boys then they will need a verse in the Qur’aan to substantiate this in other words they will need a verse in the Qur’aan that says we are suppose to believe in/follow Hadith or Sunnah written by BUKHARI, TIRMIDHI, MUSLIM etc., which they do not have.

Allah says in Qur’aan 6:19 that He revealed the Qur’aan to Muhammad, Allah did not say that He revealed the Qur’aan and Sunnah, thus such claim by Sunni Muslim is unfounded in the Holy Qur’aan.

We shouldn't follow words of men, where is the evidence in the Qur’aan. Since Allah sent Muhammad in this world as a Nabi (Prophet) and Rasul (Messenger) and he (Muhammad) received the revelation of the Qur’aan then therefore when it says to follow Muhammad or obey the Messenger in the verses it means the revelation that he (Muhammad) received.

This same principle applies to All of Allah’s Prophets. If they can prove in the Qur’aan where Allah says that either “Hadith” or “Sunnah” is a revelation He (Allah) revealed or sent down to Muhammad then they will have an argument and then I will have to seal my mouth shut and submit to that truth but the facts are they have not produced such verses and they cannot because they don’t exist in the Qur’aan.

Remember Allah has went out of His way and used the Arabic words “Hadith” and “Sunnah” right inside the Qur’aan, so there should not be a problem for them to produce such verses that tell us to believe in “Hadith” or “Sunnah” of those books written by BUKHARI, TIRMIDHI, MUSLIM just to name a few.

THIS IS A CHALLENGE TO THEM!!!! Allah makes it crystal clear as to which revelation Muhammad received and it was not those hadith books written byBUKHARI, TIRMIDHI, MUSLIM etc. IT WAS ONLY THE QUR’AAN.

Allah has revealed clear and concise verses in the Qur’aan and told us which Book/Scripture Muhammad of Arabia received:

Surah 6:19 Allah says,

"Say, “Whose testimony is the greatest?” Say, “Allah’s. He is the witness between me and you that this Qur’aan has been inspired to me, to preach it to you and whomever it reaches.Indeed, you set up other gods besides Allah.” Say, “I do not testify as you do. I disown your idolatry.”Prophet Muhammad only received the Qur'aan and no other Book and that includes those Satanic innovations called: hadith.

Notice this verse (6:19) DOES NOT say:

"that this Qur'aan and hadith has been inspired (revealed) to me"

Or

"that this Qur'aan and Sunnah has been inspired (revealed) to me"

Allah says ".........remind with this Quran those who reverence My warnings." Surah 50:45

Again, notice this verse (Surah 50:45) DOES NOT say:

“….remind with this Quran and Hadith those who reverence My warnings."

“…..remind with this Quran and Sunnah those who reverence My warnings.”

Another example:

In Surah 25:30 Allah says,

"The Messenger said, “My Lord, my people have deserted this Qur’aan.”

Notice it doesn’t say:

“My Lord, my people have deserted this Qur’aan and the Hadith

Or

“My Lord, my people have deserted this Qur’aan and the Sunnah

Another Example:

"Say: I follow only that which is inspired in me from my Sustainer. This (Qur'an) is insight from your Sustainer, and a guidance and a mercy for a people that believe. And when the Qur'an is recited, give ear to it and pay heed, that ye may obtain mercy." (Surah 7:203-204)

Notice it does not say:

"Say: I follow only that which is inspired in me from my Sustainer. This (Qur'an) and Hadith is insight from your Sustainer, and a guidance and a mercy for a people that believe. And when the Qur'an and Hadith is recited, give ear to it and pay heed, that ye may obtain mercy." (Surah 7:203-204)

Or

"Say: I follow only that which is inspired in me from my Sustainer. This (Qur'an) and Sunnah is insight from your Sustainer, and a guidance and a mercy for a people that believe. And when the Qur'an and Sunnah is recited, give ear to it and pay heed, that ye may obtain mercy." (7:203-204)

Another example:

Allah says

"And thus have We revealed to you an Arabic Quran, that you may warn the mother city and those around it, and that you may give warning of the day of gathering together where in is no doubt; a party shall be in the garden and (another) party in the burning fire." (Surah 42:7)

Notice it doesn’t say:

“And thus have We revealed to you an Arabic Quran and (Hadith), that you may warn the mother city and those around it, and that you may give warning of the day of gathering together wherein is no doubt; a party shall be in the garden and (another) party in the burning fire." (Surah 42:7)

Or

"And thus have We revealed to you an Arabic Quran and (Sunnah), that you may warn the mother city and those around it, and that you may give warning of the day of gathering together wherein is no doubt; a party shall be in the garden and (another) party in the burning fire." (Surah 42:7)

"And if ye are in doubt concerning that which We reveal unto Our slave (Muhammad), then bring a Surah similar to it, and call your witnesses beside Allah if ye are truthful." (2:23)

In the above verse the challenge is for "that which We reveal unto Our slave", and against it, a "Surah" is called to duplicate.

From the above evidence it is abundantly clear that it is only the Qur’an which was sent as "wahi" (inspiration) and "nuzuul" (descent or revelation) from Allah.

It says in Surah An-Najam:

"By the evidence of the star when it goes down. Your companion does not err, nor does he go astray; Nor does he speak out of desire. It is naught but revelation that is revealed. " (53:1-4)

In the above verse the particular "Nataq-un-Nabi" (Speech of Nabi) is identified as

"It is naught but revelation that is revealed.",

Now what is this "wahi" that is sent to him?

Does this include everything he utters such as Hadith which are quoted by Hadith that said he was given the Qur'an and 'Something similar'?

The evidence from the Qur’an brought to light above says to the contrary, and identifies that Nabi was given only the Qur’an as revelation. Then what does this "wahi" refer to?

Allah Himself clarifies this matter in Surah Ash-Shoora:

"And thus have We revealed to you an Arabic Quran, that you may warn the mother city and those around it, and that you may give warning of the day of gathering together wherein is no doubt; a party shall be in the garden and (another) party in the burning fire." (42:7)

All those of sane mind know that it is only the Qur’an which is composed of Surahs, and the books which various sects term as revelation of Allah besides Qur’an, are not composed of Surahs.

So all the Mulsims who claim the Prophet Muhammad have been given not one but two Divine revelations quoting this Hadith,

"I have been given the Qur’an and besides it, something similar to it. (Abu Da`ud, Kitab al-Sunnah, Ch 6)

Please remember:

1) The Best Hadith, Al Quran alone is from Allah to guide people from the darkness to the light.

2) Hadiths and Sunnah allegedly from the Prophet Muhammad DO NOT have the same or equal the power like the Qur’an to guide if not at all I have yet to hear about stories where people become Muslims from Hadith or Sunnah only excluding the Qur'an like people have become Muslim from reading only a English translation like myself.

3) There is ONLy one book revealed from Allah to the Prophet Muhammad, Allah’s revelation, the Best Hadith, Al Qur'an.

4) Ahadith and Sunnah books outside of the Qur'an are human books wrote by Bukhari and and the boys who get it from another man, who get it from another man, who supposed get it from the Prophet Muhammad.

At the begining we have only one book the Quran at the end now and 200 years after the death of our Prophet Muhammad, we have 2 books how its possibleQur’an and Sunnah (Hadith) included ?

A valid and serious question to think about, how can you be sure that all Hadiths and Sunnah were told by the Prophet Muhammad?

Some basic points to consider:

1) WHO authorized the collection of the Hadiths (certainly not Allah neither did the Prophet Muhammad or the 4 Caliphs)

2) Why does the accuracy of Hadiths has nothing to do with the character of the trasnmitters no matter how numerous or how popular

3) The Hadith cannot possibly be compared to the Quran ( the work of God) and therefore used as tool to interpret it.

4) Any human created law is subject to continuous scrutiny , objection and interpretation

Can you play your eternity and swear that every Hadiths and Sunnah we have in Hadiths and Sunnah are right?

In Surah 17:36

Allah warns us clearly,

"And pursue not that of which thou hast no knowledge; for every act of hearing, or of seeing or of (feeling in) the heart will be enquired into (on the Day of Reckoning)."
